1. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid for in full via M-Pesa before processing. Stock is reserved only once payment has been confirmed; an order placed but not paid for does not guarantee product availability.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct any errors.
3. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. BeautyShopKE is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Product Reviews
Reviews submitted on our platform must be honest, respectful, and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
BeautyShopKE shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order in question.
